1 TJ’s “Cook in the Bag” Salmon (approximately 1 lb.) ½ pint Rockview Farms Whipping Cream 2T TJ’s Dijon Mustard 1T TJ’s Dried Dill 1) Prepare Salmon according to package directions. 2) Pour the Whipping Cream into a large bowl and, using an electric mixer on high, beat until soft peaks form. Add the mustard and continue to beat on medium for 1 minute.
