Trader Joe’s made an AWESOME Authentic New Mexican Chicken Chile Verde, that was, unfortunately, recently discontinued. It is shredded chicken in a green chile sauce. I am from New Mexico, but have recently moved to Reno, Nevada. I have not been able to find anything remotely close to the taste of Chicken Chile Verde here, and Trader Joe’s had completely satisfied my need….until it was taken off the shelf (boo hoo!) But I still love Trader Joe’s…Unfortunately, people don’t have a taste out here in Reno, for some good New Mexican food!
