Ingredients 3/4 cup Trader Joe’s Habanero and Lime Salsa 1/2 cup mayonnaise 4 Trader Joe’s flour tortillas 1 1/4 cups grated Cheddar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes 1 1/2 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Chili Pepper Sauce Salt 2 cups finely chopped lettuce 1 cup chopped tomatoes Mix salsa and mayo. Cover and chill. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the cheddar. Bake until the cheese melts – 3-5 minutes. Cook chicken in a skillet over med-high heat. Add hot sauce and salt. Stir for about 5 minutes until done. Rollup chicken, lettuce and tomatoes in wrap and serve with the mayo & salsa as a dip.
