1 Pkg Portabella mushrooms (2-3 caps) 2 tbls TJ’s spicy brown mustard 1 can TJ’s shrimp 1 cup shredded gouda cheese Olive oil Remove stems from mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil. Spread mustard in each mushroom cap. Drain shrimp and fill each cap. Top with shredded cheese. Place on grill for 10 to 12 min. or until knife slides in easily. Can also be done under broiler.
