Ingredients: 1 package of Trader Joe’s Flat Iron Beef Chuck Steak in Chipotle Pepper BBQ Sauce 1 onion (chopped) 2 tbs of garlic (chopped) 1 cup fresh brussel sprouts 2 tbs of olive oil (plus some for drizzling later) 1 tsp of onion powder 1 tsp of garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 bags of Trader Joe’s Baby Mix Spring Salad Mix Directions: Preheat outdoor grill on Medium Heat. Remove trader Joes Flat Iron beef Chuck Steaks from thier packaging and put into a large zippered plastic bag. Add chopped onion and garlic. Smoosh the steaks through the bag to incorporate. Set aside. Wash and half the brussel sprouts. Put them into an aluminum pan (grill safe) and cover with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix them up well with your hands to make sure they are all covered. Take to grill and place on heated grates. Close cover and let cook for 10-12 minutes. Go out and stir them up after 5 minutes or so. Throw the Trader Joe’s Flat Iron Beef Chuck Steaks on the grill and cook until medium rare (usually about 4 minutes on each side) Remove from grill and set aside to cool. Remove brussels sprouts from grill at this time as well. Once steak has cooled off, slice thinly (going against the grain of the meat). In a large bowl, add spring salad mix, then add the brussel sprouts and toss. Top with sliced steak and drizzle with olive oil.
