1 package Trader Joe’s Thai Style Lime Pilaf 1/2 package TJ’s Fire Roasted Peppers and Onions 1 Tsp TJ’s minced garlic 1 white onion, sliced thin 1/4 C TJ’s chicken stock 2 Tbsp TJ’s olive oil In large skillet, heat olive oil then add sliced onions and sautee til lightly browned. Add 1/2 package of peppers and onions. Cover and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic, onion and Lime Pilaf, stir to mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stir often. Great as a side dish with grilled salmon or shrimp. I often eat it by itself for lunch. Reheats really well. Enjoy!
