Ingredients 1 lb. of Trader Joe’s Penne Pasta 1 jar of Trader Joe’s Artichoke Antipasto 3 oz. (1/2 jar) pitted Kalamata Olives chopped 1/3 cup red onion chopped 1 package (6 oz) Trader Joe’s Crumbled Feta Salt & Pepper Olive oil Directions 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool completely. 2. In a large bowl combine antipasto, olives, and onions. Pour mixture over pasta and toss gently to coat. Add salt and pepper. Gently stir in feta. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Once it’s been chilled, drizzle olive oil on top and stir well.
