1-4 oz package Almondina almond, chocolate cherry biscuits 1 cup strawberries, chopped 1 cup blueberries 1-5.3oz container Fage yogurt with honey ½ cup heavy cream, whipped 1 teaspoon vanilla Place biscuits in food processor and process into small pieces. Divide pieces between four parfait dishes. Top with ¼ cup strawberries. Combine yogurt, whipped cream and vanilla. Top strawberries with yogurt mixtures.(Reserving 2 Tablespoons mixture for garnish) Top yogurt with ¼ cup blueberries. Garnish with yogurt mixture and enjoy! This recipe can be doubled and served in a trifle bowl. It makes a great summertime potluck recipe. The fruit can be varied based on what fruit is in season.
