3 green onions, chopped (save amt. from 1 onion to sprinkle on when serving) 1 bell pepper 1 pkg. “Just Sauce” Turkey Bolognese Sauce (found in the freezer aisle) 1 can kidney beans 1 can pinto beans add favorite spices, to taste: (garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, black pepper,cilantro) Saute two of the green onion with the pepper. (Can substitute green onion with 1/2c white/yellow onion or shallots.) Add the remaining ingredients and simmer. Serve with corn, rice, chips, crackers and cheese.
