Ingredients: 1 box TJ’s Fish Nuggets 1 box TJ’s Taco Shells 1 bag shredded green cabbage 1 lime 1 tub fresh TJ’s Papaya Mango Salsa (in refrigerated section) 1/3 cup Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 1/3 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt 1 avocado (optional) 1 pinch each of salt, pepper, & cumin (or you can use TJ’s 21 seasoning salute) Directions: Bake the fish nuggets per directions on box. When they are finished put them in a bowl and shred them with a fork. to make the white sauce combine mayo, yogurt, and juice from lime with salt and pepper and cumin in a small bowl. Heat the taco shells per the directions. Put fish, cabbage, avocado, white sauce and salsa in taco shells and ENJOY! Goes well with a side of TJ’s Fat Free re-fried black beans. Makes enough for 4 people, 2 tacos each
