Ingredients: (2 servings) -1 pkg (9 oz) TJ’s Cheese Tortellini -1 can (14 oz) salmon, flaked and bones removed -1/2 yellow onion, diced -2 cloves garlic, minced -1 tsp butter -1 c milk -1/2 shredded Mozzarella cheese -1 c Ricotta cheese -2 Tbsp fresh dill Prep: 1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain. 2. Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 10 min. 3. Stir in milk and bring to a boil. Add Mozzarella and stir until melted. 4. Add Ricotta, salmon, dill and Tortellini. 5. Stir until heated through and serve with additional dill for garnish, if desired.
