Ingredients: -4oz. Trader Joe’s Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese -1lb Trader Joe’s 85/15 Ground Beef Patties -2c. Fresh Organic Baby Spinach -1-2 Trader Joe’s Green Anjou Pears -Trader Joe’s Clover Honey -4 Trader Joe’s Ciabatta Rolls -1/3c. Trader Joe’s Candied Pecans, chopped -1 clove garlic, diced Heat up grill. Mix garlic, pecans, and cheese together. Divide into four equal portions. Take one portion of beef and combine with one portion cheese, nut, and garlic mix. Fold mix into beef patty. Flatten into a 1/2” thick patty. Repeat the process with the remaining three portions. Set aside. Slice 4 large pear rounds. Brush each round with honey. Grill. While grilling the pears, butter and grill the buns. Remove pears and buns from grill and set aside. Grill the patties till cooked through or to desired wellness. Stack as follows: Bottom bun. Pear slice. Stuffed patty. Spinach. Top bun, brushed with honey. Makes 4 servings.
