Cuban Black Bean Soup

2 cans TJ Cuban-style black beans 1 box TJ black bean soup Any of TJs rice, cooked — precooked or you cook 🙂 Diced onion sliced mango, pineapple, watermelon, etc. Empty 2 cans of Cuban-style black beans into 2-3 quart pot. Mash beans with potato masher until most if not all have been broken. Empty contents of TJ Black Bean soup box into pan. Heat. In bowls put about 1/2 cup cooked rice. Cover with heated black bean soup. Sprinkle diced onion on top of rice/soup. Serve sliced fruit on the side to complete a delightful tropical dinner. 6-8 servings
