6 boneless or bone-in pork chops, cut 3/4″ thick 2 tbsp packed brown sugar 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp orange juice with pulp 1 tsp lime juice 1 tsp dried cilantro 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s California Grapefruit Vinegar 2 tsp chili powder blend 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp dried sliced garlic Place chops in a 10×14 inch baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over chops turn to coat, turning occasionally. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 in refrigerator. Drain chops, discard marinade. Grill for 12-15 minutes or until chops are done, turning halfway through grilling.
