Ingredients: 1 stick unsalted butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar Pinch salt 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted 1 package Almondina cookies coarsely chopped Canola oil Directions: In a small bowl add the butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, granulated sugar and salt and mix until combined. Heat grill to high. Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown and just cooked through. Serving: Take one grilled peach and place in a bowl. Place one scoop good quality vanilla ice cream on the peach. Drizzle with the butter/sugar mixture and sprinkle crushed Almondina cookies on top.
