Combine salsa*, shredded mozzarella, and chicken in a small bowl until cheese and chicken are well coated with salsa. 2. Spread the cheese wedge over 1/2 of a tortilla; place on a large, non-stick pan on medium heat. 3. Evenly distribute your filling mixture over half of the tortilla. 4. Once the cheese begins to melt, fold the tortilla in half. 5. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Cut into threes with a pizza cutter and serve with 2 Tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt.
