1 cup TJ’s quinoa 1 can TJ’s black beans, rinsed and drained 2 cups Free Range Chicken Broth 1 15oz. can diced tomatoes 1 T. dried minced garlic 1 T. dried minced onion ½–2 t. chili powder Dash Worcestershire sauce Creole seasoning or other seasoned salt, to taste 12 green manzanilla olives, sliced 1–2 t. chile flakes (optional) 1 T. Extra Virgin olive oil Spray rice cooker with olive oil cooking spray. Add all ingredients. Cook until quinoa is done, about 20 minutes. Add cubed grilled chicken if desired. Serves 4 as a main dish or 6 as a side.
