Healthy Ahi Tuna with Black Lentils

Ingredients: Ahi Tuna (Trader Joe’s) Cooked Black Lentils (Trader Joe’s) Mixed Greens (Trader Joe’s) Dressing: 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil pinch of lemmon pepper pinch of salt pinch of dried coriander or more if desired Preparation: Cover the Ahi Tuna with the Dressing (1 tablespoon) and put in a hot pan, until fully cooked. In a plate put some mixed greens, then place the cooked Ahi Tuna on top. Mix the cooked Black Lentils with the rest of the Dressing and place it on top of the Ahi Tuna and Serve.
