Lemony Lemon Brussel Sprouts

Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup) Salt and Pepper to taste 1 bag Trader Joe’s Brussel Sprouts, cut into quarters (12 oz.) Parmesan Cheese to taste Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for at least 6 minutes. When done, toss with the parmesan cheese and serve. This will make a lovely and easy side dish for an Easter or other holiday dinner. For an even easier recipe, try this: 1 bag TJ’s Brussel Sprouts, cut into quarters (12 oz) 1 tub TJ’s Artichoke Lemon Pesto Put sprouts into a bowl with a little water.
