4 Albacore Tuna Steaks (in freezer section), or any other fish in a steak cut – Halibut would be a great one. Lemon Pepper, Salt, 21 Spice Seasoning (or your fav combo) Wasabi Sesame Drizzle Sauce (New!) Grapeseed Oil (or any other high heat tolerant oil) Add a 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil to a heavy skillet that will hold the 4 steaks with room to move, heat to high. While pan is heating, rub seasonings into both sides of fish steaks. Add steaks to skillet and sear about one minute each side, until browned on the outside but still rare in the middle. Reduce heat to low and add 1/2 bottle drizzle sauce. Simmer until just done, DO NOT overcook. Great with rice or on top of some cappellini with a little more drizzle sauce for an extra wasabi kick. If the extra kick is not your thing, a light soy sauce/oil combo to just moisten the pasta would do the trick.
