This is an absolute staple in our house — 4 small individual pizzas (about 4 oz each) about the size of a flattened bagel. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes and you have yourself a nice little pizza. Great snack or quick lunch. My kid love it but they do have a strong oregano flavor to them so I would imagine most kids would like something a bit blander. Each pizza is 250 calories with 8 grams of fat, no trans fat, 15 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber.
