1 Jar Masala Simmer Sauce 1 cup water 1 package chicken tenders (uncooked breast strips) 1 can garbanzo beans 1 package sliced crimini mushrooms Olive Oil Spray 1 package Jasmine or Brown Rice (freezer section) 1 package garlic Naan (freezer section) Spray large skillet with olive oil and heat to medium. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and saute for a couple minutes. Add Masala simmer sauce, garbanzo beans, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. While chicken is cooking, cook rice in microwave for 3 minutes on high. Heat Garlic Nan. Steam broccoli. Dinner is ready in 15 minutes, start to finish!
