Apple Sausage and Peppers

Sausage 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 1 orange pepper 1 diced onion 4 TBSP apply jelly Slice sausage and saute in evoo until browned, add one diced green pepper, one diced red pepper, once diced yellow or orange pepper and a diced onion, cook until tender. Add apple jelly (or jelly of choice-though grape is not a good choice) Blend and serve over rice. top with cashews if desired.
