1 package TJ’s Jalapeno Chicken Sausage 1 package TJ’s puff pastry, thawed 1/4 cup TJ’s Dijon mustard Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice chicken sausage into 1/2 inch slices. Prick puff pastry with a fork all over. Arrange sausage slices in rows on puff pastry. Cut squares around sausages so that each piece of sausage sits on a little square of pastry. Bake until pastry is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Top each sausage bite with a bit of mustard.
