These split chicken breasts are stuffed with feta and mozzarella and a sort of marinated blend of red onions, olives, croutons and peppers. They are sold prepared in the refridgerated section for $5.99/lb. The whole family liked this and it was easy to prepare, although I had to double the directed time to make sure the chicken was cooked through. With the heat of summer, next time I might slice it onto a nice salad for a light and cool meal.
