Zinful Chocolate Raspberry Sauce

Zinfandel, super dark chocolate and frozen raspberries. Makes a decadently delicious sauce.

NY Strip with Gorgozola and Red Wine Sauce 

Shallots, garlic, parsley plus a great wine sauce (Marchesi di Montecristo Nerello Del Bastardo Red Table Wine recommendation) and bold gorgonzola topping.
