Thai Peanut Slow-Cooked Chicken with Vegetables

This is the PERFECT recipe for people on the go. Total prep time is less than a minute…dump it in the crock pot in the morning and dinner is ready by the time you get home! Ingredients: 4 Trader Joe’s Organic Chicken Breasts 1 bottle Trader Joe’s Thai Peanut Sauce 1 bag Trader Joe’s Stir Fry Vegetables With Bok Choy, Sugar Snaps & Snow Peas 1 package Trader Joe’s Fully-Cooked Brown Rice -OR- Trader Joe’s Brown Rice medley, prepared in rice cooker Put Stir Fry Vegetables and chicken in a crock pot, vegetables on the BOTTOM. Pour entire bottle of Peanut sauce over chicken and vegetables. Cover and set on LOW for 6 hours (for frozen chicken, increase time by approximately 2 hours). Serve over rice and ENJOY!
