1 package chicken chorizo 2 cans tomato sauce 1 pound spaghetti noodles Remove chorizo from it’s casings and brown, breaking it up as it cooks. Add tomato sauce and heat through. Cook spaghetti al dente and mix with sauce and meat. This does not sound good but believe me it is!! I made it for my mother in law who is Mexican and a great cook and she loved it. It has great flavor and is so easy. The chicken chorizo is very lean unlike pork chorizo. Try it, you’ll love it!!!
