Roasted Potato and Green Bean Salad with Mozzarella and Prosciutto

1 bag Trader Joe’s Roasted Potatoes 1 bag Trader Joe’s French Green Beans 1 pkg North Beach mozzarella Cheese, cubed 1 pkg Stockmeyer prosciutto, torn into bite-size pieces ½ bottle Trader Joe’sClassic Vinaigrette 1) Open the package of Roasted Potatoes and discad the pepper & onion packet or save for another use. 2) Place potatoes on a baking sheet and cook in a pre-heated 425º oven for 9-11 minutes. 3) Thaw green beans & place on a baking sheet. Turn potatoes and put both pans back in oven for 7-9 minutes. 4) Place potatoes, green beans, cheese, prosciutto, vinaigrette, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
