These little tartlets are an amazing combo of crispy, flaky pastry, chewy caramel and smooth chocolate. They are, not surprisingly, very VERY sweet and so I eat them one by one every now and then. The pastry and caramel are decadently buttery and rich. Tip: sometimes the caramel and chocoalate are not as soft as I’d like them so I nuke them for 2-3 seconds. Maybe it just takes so long to get through a box they may be going stale but if so, they sure don’t taste it!
