You may have noticed the flurry of new deserts at your local TJ’s in the past few weeks. The Blueberry Blintz Cheesecake is the one that really caught my eye. I am a lover of the traditional, buttery graham cracker crust but in this case, the crumbs have been replaced by a crepe like blintz crust that wraps the cheescake about three quarters of the way, leaving the blueberry topping exposed and tradition in the dust. Shocking? Daring? Delicious! I actually prefer the crepe to the crumb having tried both. The cheescake itself won’t dissapoint and the topping was a match in quality. A must try.
