Ever have the eggplant parmigiana at the Olive Garden? I made an absolutely delicious replica of this dish using these breaded, sliced eggplants, TJ’s marinara, and TJ’s grated parmesan over pasta. I am really not much of an eggplant fan but these baked up so nice and crispy. The flavor was wonderful, not bitter at all the way eggplant can sometimes be. This is one product I will be stocking up on.
