I saw this item in the Fearless Flier, and it sounded pretty good: It’s a mixture of pear puree, champagne vinegar, and gorgonzola cheese. I went to the store the following Sunday and, unfortunately, it was sold out. I returned the following week, and was able to get a bottle. I was concerned about the expiration date (only a few weeks after the date of purchase), but it turned out not to be a problem — I finished the bottle in record time! It’s very sweet and tart, with a hint of gorgonzola. My wife and I aren’t normally big fans of gorgonzola, but there’s just the right amount to complement the dressing’s flavor without overwhelming it. Better yet, it contains only 45 calories and 2.5 grams of fat per serving. It’s easily one of the best salad dressings I’ve had — both light and regular. If you’re a fan of fruity salad dressings, I highly recommend it.
