No Cook Couscous Salad

Simply, light no cook salad with 3 ingredients. 1 c Whole Wheat Couscous 1 8-oz container Fresh Chunky Mild Salsa 1/2 c Frozen Fire Roasted Corn, thawed 1/4 c. water 1. Combine all in a bowl and mix well. Cover & refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and serve. If this sits for 30 minutes, it’s even better. Enjoy
