Couscous with Dried Cherries and Almonds

1T Olive Oil ½C TJ’s Diced & Ready-to-Use Onions 1C TJ’s Organic Chicken Broth ¾C TJ’s Plain Couscous ½C TJ’s Dried Montmorency Cherries 2T TJ’s Dry-Toasted Sliced Almonds 1) Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened. 2) Meanwhile microwave the broth on high heat until piping hot, about 4 minutes. 3) Add couscous to the onion and stir to combine. Stir in the broth, cover, and turn off the heat. Let stand until the broth is completely absorbed, about 4 minutes. Stir in the cherries and almonds and serve immediately.
