Great appetizer for Easter and a nice twist to deviled eggs. Large Eggs Cilantro Yogurt Dip Wild Sockeye or Nova Smoked Salmon Pieces Fresh Cracked Black Pepper 1. Hard boil eggs. Remove shell, slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolk and place in a bowl. 2. Combine yolk and dip (to taste) until mixture is well-blended and smooth. Spoon or pipe into egg white halves. Top with pieces of salmon and sprinkle over pepper. CHILL.
