Butternut Squash and Cannellini Bean Soup with Bacon

Bacon, fried & crumbled ½ Cup Diced & Ready-to-Use Onions 1 box Trader Joe’s Butternut Squash Soup (32 oz.) 2 cans Trader Joe’s Cannellini Beans (15 oz. each) 1) Fry bacon in a large skillet until brown & crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon & save. 2) Add onions to skillet with the grease from the bacon and sauté until golden. 3) Meanwhile puree one can of Cannellini Beans (with liquid) in a blender. Add the Butternut Squash Soup and blend until well combined. 4) Add blender contents and the remaining can of Cannellini Beans (drained & rinsed) to the skillet.
