I found an interesting recipe and just modifified it a bit using TJ products. 4 Portabella Caps 1 cup Wasabi Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs 1 container Roasted Red Tomatoes, oil reserved Hamburger Buns (toasted) Lettuce 1. Combine mayo w/juice. Brush some of the mixture on both sides of mushroom. Season w/salt to taste. Dredge both sides of mushroom in breadcrumbs. 2. Heat reserved oil (from tomatoes) in a skillet over medium and saute mushroom on both sides until breadcrumbs are golden brown, 4-5 minutes. 3. Spread remaining mayo on buns, add mushroom, lettuce and tomato and serve.
