Gorgonzola Sausage and Cannellini Saute

Simple 4 ingredient meal full of great flavor. 1 pkg. Italian Chicken Sausage, (can be kept whole or quartered) 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained, rinsed 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola (in tub) 1/2 c. Fresh Sage, chopped Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste 1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute sausage until golden brown. Stir in beans and cook another 2 minutes, to warm through. Stir in cheese and sage. Season to taste. Serve over frozen fully cooked brown rice.
