Spicy Pineapple Vegan Meatballs

These are a real hit at parties, even with the meat eaters, and super easy to make: 1 package Meatless Meatballs 1 tin of pineapple tidbits 1 jar of General Tsao’s Sauce 1 box of toothpicks Cook the meatballs in the oven according to the package directions (they’re better when crispy; you can also microwave them if you’re short on time). While they’re baking, skewer one pineapple bit on the end of a toothpick for each meatball. Remove the meatballs from the oven and coat them with the sauce from the jar. Skewer each meatball with a prepared pineapple toothpick, place on a nice platter, and serve!
