1 pkg TJ’s tuna steaks, thawed 2 jars TJ’s Thai Simmer Sauce 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 cans bamboo shoots dried chili peppers (to taste) On stove, sautee onion and green pepper. In same pan, sear the tuna to desired doneness. To tuna and veggies, add the simmer sauce, bamboo shoots and dried chili peppers. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
