1-1/2 pounds chicken or round steak cubed and cooked. 4 red potatoes cut in big chunks with skins still on one large can of crushed organic tomatoes( we like the roasted ones) one red onion sliced 5-7 pearl onions left whole carrot chunks 2 cups any broth you have bring to boil then cover and let cook about an hour then add -1 cup frozen cauliflower -1 cup frozen brocolli then cover again and cook until all is tender about another hour.
