3-1 lb. bags Petite Sweet Potatoes 10 each TJ’s Calymyrna Figs, diced 6 halves TJ’s Pears in White Grape Juice, diced (reserve 2 Tbsps. of juice) 1/4 c. Plugra butter, melted 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1/4 c. Candied Walnuts, chopped Combine figs and reserved juice in a bowl. Steam sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and mash. Place in a bowl. Combine with fig mixture,pears, butter, spice and walnuts. Transfer to a baking dish and warm in a 375F oven for 15 minutes.
