2 cups rolled oats 1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. TRADER JOE’S PUMPKIN PIE SPICE 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 cup butter, melted 1 cup raisins 1/4 cup TRADER JOE’S PUMPKIN BUTTER Pumpkin Pie Icing: 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 2 tsp.milk Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda; mix well. Stir in butter until evenly mixed. Remove 1 cup crumb oat crumb mixture and set aside. Pat remaining mixture into prepared pan. Combine raisins and Pumpkin Butter, mix well with reserved oat crumbs. Press over layer in pan. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown (it will look slightly soft in the middle). While warm, cut into squares. Cool in pan. Drizzle with Pumpkin Pie Icing. Pumpkin Pie Icing: Mix all ingredients until well blended to make a thin icing.
