1 jar Curry Simmer Sauce 1 lb chicken 1-2 package(s) frozen brown rice your choice of veggies fresh cilantro to garnish The Curry Simmer Sauce is an excellent base for chicken, meat or veggie curries. Just add the sauce and 1 cup of water to a skillet. Cube up the chicken or substitute another meat, fish or shrimp. Add cut up veggies such as cauliflower, green beans, okra, etc. Serve with fresh chopped cilantro and Trader Joe’s naan (from the frozen section) on top of the frozen brown rice (which is wonderful! — 3 minutes in the microwave.)
