One of my favorite lunches. It’s two large red bell pepper halves stuffed with ground turkey and a mixture of white/wild rice. The turkey/rice is coated with a very thick tomato based sauce–nothing runny in this dish at all. Has no turkey taste at all—definitely a good “clone” of ground beef. Microwave for about 3 minutes and they are ready. 420 kcals for the entire container. I had read somewhere (here maybe?) that a lot of these fresh food items are only locally produced and distributed. Anybody seen these outside southern Cali?
