4 single skinless chicken breast fillets 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbs lime juice 2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped 1/4 c fresh mint, chopped 2 tbs low salt soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar Combine chicken, garlic, juice, herbs, sauce and sugar in bowl; mix well. Cover, refrigerate 2-3hrs or overnight. Throw chicken on BBQ to cook through. Serve with herb dressing (below). Herb Dressing 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt 2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped 2 tsp fresh mint, chopped 1 tsp mild sweet chilli sauce Combine all ingredients in bow and mix well. Serve with chicken. Herb Dressing and Lindas Delicious Chicken are even tastier the next day served on a french bread stick with lettuce.
