1 small package lemon Jell-O or lime 1 cup boiling water 1 can fruit cocktail, strained, reserving the juice 6 oz cream cheese, softened/creamed together 1 1/2 cups whipped cream 2 bananas, sliced 1 cup miniature marshmallows Add boiling water and reserved juice from the fruit cocktail to the lemon Jell-O: mix well. Refrigerate until it becomes the consistency of a light gel. Quickly add softened cream cheese. Add fruit cocktail , marshmallows and sliced bananas: fold in the whipped cream. Place in a 9″x13″ glass dish or a mold. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm. Note*: You can use any flavour Jell-O of your choice.
