Easy and fantastic. Cooked either on the oven or in a skillet, these potatoes taste like you’ve been roasting them for an hour. Serves four easily. I don’t toss in the extra bag of onions/peppers, but that’s just my preference. You can also sprinkle other herbs/spices on them while they cook to complement your main dish.
