This cornbread is absolutely delicious! It’s got a delicate, crusty exterior and a moist interior with just a hint of sweetness. And it couldn’t be easier to make — just add an egg, some oil, and a little milk, and bake. Amazing flavor for such little work. I like to serve this with anything Mexican or Southwestern, and then heat up leftovers for breakfast the next morning. I’ve got a BBQ place nearby that has a reputation for great cornbread. Let me just say that this cornbread blows that one away!
